My Job roles includes not only the conventional technical aspects such as Lighting, Sound, AV and setting the stage, but also in artist liaison with the correct lighting and visual aspects that fits their piece and their own personal requirements.
Developed my skills in programming and operation on Avolites as well as timecode, pyrotechnics and AV software such as Resolume. Definitely helping me in becoming a well-rounded technician.
Under The Arches, a relatively new venue in Leeds, I describe UTA as my baby. I am the sole Technician for UTA and any events there you will find me behind the Lighting Desk. UTA has highly developed my Pixel Mapping and skill with LED arrays, especially using TouchDesigner and Resolume Arena.

Although this job was not technical, it demonstrates my leadership abilities and my outstanding professionalism and maturity. During my time at Portside I went from working as a KP, all the way to the top of the franchise. I sorted out rotas for my allotted days, headed up the opening of a new shop at the age of 17! My job also included training new staff members and progress/performance meetings ensuring employees were up to the company's high standards. This Job developed my work ethic and enforced my belief that almost anything is possible with hard work.
